Il costruttore tedesco APM Telescopes ha presentato un nuovo rifrattore apocromatico Super ED a 2 lenti da 152 millimetri f/1200 mm.
Il nuovo obiettivo Super ED Apo a 2 lenti è stato sviluppato dal noto progettista ottico Massimo Riccardi, di cui mi onoro di essere amico da lunga data.
Le ottiche sono prodotte in Russia dalla LZOS con lo stesso standard di qualità con cui sono prodotti i celeberrimi obiettivi apo a tripletto LZOS.
I vetri utilizzati sono entrambi prodotti dalla stessa LZOS: l'OK4 (Super ED) e l'OF1 (l'equivalente russo dello Schott KzFSN2). Questa combinazione raggiunge la correzione cromatica migliore possibile ottenibile con un sistema a 2 lenti. La correzione cromatica che è stata ottenuta da Riccardi è paragonabile a quella che si raggiungerebbe con un acromatico Fraunhofer da 152 mm F/40!
L'obiettivo è spaziato in aria e tutte e 4 le superfici ottiche sono trattate con un rivestimento antiriflesso multistrato a banda larga.
Ogni singola ottica possiede un proprio numero di serie ed è corredata con un test interferometrico individuale che ne certifica la correzione.
L'intubazione è realizzata con Kruppax 50 (una resina fenolica simile alla bakelite) e tutte le altre parti sono in alluminio di alta qualità, tornite e fresate con macchine CNC. Il paraluce è scorrevole.
Il fuocheggiatore a pignone e cremagliera da 2.5" è realizzato dalla stessa APM ed offre un movimento a doppia velocità macro-micro con riduzione 1:10.
Il nuovo rifrattore Riccardi è molto compatto e leggero, possiede abbondante backfocus per l'uso con torrette binoculari e con l'aggiunta di un riduttore/spianatore Riccardi diventa un eccellente astrografo apocromatico.

APM/LZOS Telescope Refractor 2-lens Super ED Apo 152 mm f/1200 mm 2.5" ZTA
The new 2-lens Super ED Apo has been developed from the best known optical designer Massimo Riccardi. The optics will be produced by the company LZOS in Russia with the same high quality as the 3-lens LZOS Apochromats. The choosed glass material combination is OK4 (Super ED) and OF1 (Russian equivalent to Schott KzFSN2). This combination reaches the best possible colorcorrection for such a large and fast 2-lens Apochromat. The color correction is comparable with a extrem long 152 mm F/40 Fraunhofer Achromat.
This optics is a airspaced Apochromat and all 4 optical surfaces are broadband multicoated. Each optics has an serial number and will be delivered with an interferometrical test report.
The dew cap and the main tube are made from Kruppax 50, all other parts are made from high quality aluminium, CNC turned and milled. Tube and dew cap are lacquered with RAL 9001 creme white, the aluminium parts are painted matt black. The dew cap is screwed and retractable to get a shorter transportation length and has an shade at the front end which holds back dew from the lens for a longer time.
The focuser is our new 360° rotatable 2.5" APM rack and pinion focuser with 1:10 micro focusing. The rotation enables you to bring your photographic equipment in the required position. It includes a sturdy holder for 50 mm viewfinder with quick changing bracket which is made so prezise that you can change the finder many times and it´s always well adjusted.
The tuberings are made from black powdercoated CNC machined aluminium and comes with a flat base and top wih a central 1/4" thread and 2 outer 1/4" threads with 60mm center to center space (Astrophysics Norm).
For the most an 152 mm f/8 is the largest transportable High End Apochromat. You can use it with binoviewer and it is also a perfect astrograph with our new Riccardi Reducer.
Optional this telescopes can be attached with a Starlight Feather Touch Focuser from 2" to 3.5". Please call us for prices!

Il nuovo rifrattore apo APM 152/1200 è un doppietto progettato da Massimo Riccardi e costruito in Russia da LZOS. I diagrammi in basso mostrano l'eccellente correzione cromatica e l'altissima Strehl Ratio dal blu al rosso nonostante l'uso di solo 2 lenti.
The new APM 152/1200 apo refractor has a doublet object glass designed by Massimo Riccardi and built in Russia by LZOS. The diagrams below show the excellent color correction and high Strehl ratio from blue to red despite the use of only two lenses.
